Prayer QUESTions
Greg Boyd will join us for 3 consecutive weeks, starting January 31, sharing this series he has planned for our community. Greg will address questions that many of us have about prayer including: What are we doing when we pray and how does prayer work? What are the different ways to pray and why is prayer an urgent matter? Why does God's response to prayer seem so arbitrary?
January 31: WHY should I pray? - 5pm & 7pm worship gatherings
February 7: HOW should I pray? - 3pm worship gathering only
February 14: DOES prayer work? - 5pm & 7pm worship gatherings Sunday Set Up and Take Down Help Needed
Our Sunday Set Up and Take Down Teams could use a boost from some new volunteers for the next 4 months through the middle of June. Teams serve on a 2-weeks-on/2-weeks-off rotation. That means you would serve only about 10 Sundays in that time. Set Up teams serve from 12:30-2:00pm on Sunday afternoons and Take Down from 8:30-9:15pm on Sunday nights.
