Upper Room Technical Arts
Technical Arts Teams
The mission of the Technical Arts Team at Upper Room is to bring the Sunday gatherings into existence through leadership and service in the technical arenas of sound, lighting, and video. Though it takes a lot of work to make our weekly gatherings come together seamlessly, we feel we have the coolest jobs in the world. Not only do we experience the thrill of a live production and get to play with some really cool technology, we are a part of amplifying the message of God to our community.
Whether it’s mixing for our outstanding worship band, playing with light and shadow, or keeping everyone on the same lyric, our tech teams are an integral part of each gathering.
There Is Room For You
Though we have an dedicated group of people who serve every weekend, there is always room for more. If you’re passionate about sound, lights, computers or just want to learn, we have a place for you. Our highly skilled team leaders are able to provide whatever training is needed to get you up to speed. And there’s always a safety net--you’ll never be asked to fly solo until you’re fully ready.
